Tigers at Twilight

Tigers at Twilight, by Mary Pope Osborne
Illustrated by Sal Murdocca
Published by Scholastic, Inc, in 1999

Jack and Annie are trying to find the third secret.  The tree house appeared, and they traveled to a jungle.  They met two monkeys named Kah and Ko.  They guided them through most of the forest.  While traveling, they encountered a tiger.  They were afraid, but saved by an elephant.  They waited until the next day.  They saw the tiger again, but this time in a trap.  They rescued him from the trap, but he wasn't happy.  Teddy, the dog, actually saved them.  They met a hermit and he gave them a lotus blossom, which was the third item.  I think this was a good book.  I recommend it to kids everywhere.
